The Sales Enablement Manager will work with the Sales Leader and Enablement to develop impactful sales content for internal training programs and initiatives that reflect and support the current sales methodology, sales process, quarterly product enhancements and overall sales strategies. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned sales enablement professional looking to join a fast growing and impactful organization.

We are looking to fill this role in Australia or Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program development for communities of interest in support of company strategic & operational planning goals
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning (virtual, live, video, and e-learning) to support sales and related skills development
  • Consult and coordinate with multiple internal groups, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop identified skills and knowledge to leverage expertise in design and delivery of content
  • Review and update job aids such as the Sales Playbook to assist new and existing team members to be more productive
  • Work with other team members and/or departments to create shareable content, crowd source new, innovative ideas, and share best practices across a global organization
  • Build and maintain a calendar of content, events, and activities designed to keep participants informed of sales enablement activities
  • Collaborate on defining and helping to execute the community engagement strategy driven by the Steering Committee
  • Coordinate and plan community workshops to transfer industry knowledge, thought leadership and trends to account team members to accelerate sales motions and opportunities
  • Monitor and measure engagement, drive analysis for insights and answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions to get results
Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience, preferably in sales, sales enablement, or learning industries.
  • 5 years of experience in data management, business intelligence and/or analytics environments is preferred.
  • Must have a fundamental understanding of change management, social media management and engagement strategies, & the ability to work in a strong sales culture.
  • Combination of startup and large company experience is ideal
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Proven self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage expectations
  • Strong critical thinker with ability to ramp-up quickly
  • Dynamic leader with working knowledge in areas like team building, change management, and knowledge management
  • Robust communication skills (verbal, written) including ability to present, facilitate, and influence
  • Ability to work positively and collaboratively with team members at all levels, leaders and cross-functional team members
