Job Description
- Stationed at island-wide highly visible branches in Singapore
- Immediate availability
- Entry-level position
- Attractive salary scheme (Guaranteed Fixed Basic up $3300 + comms $1500 - $4500)
- Training and guidance provided with a basic salary provided
- Interview Via Video Call
- Build a deep understanding of clients' needs in order to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Maintain a high level of sales performance through upselling and/or cross-selling solutions
- Acquire and build a strong network of clients via branch referrals, roadshows, and teleconsulting
- Service the leads, and existing policies for claims, etc. as assigned effectively
- Min Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Strong passion for a sales career
- Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills
