Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Practice Engagement Manager
to drive sales and client engagement in the areas ofdata transformation, analytics, and cloud migration
.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling and managing large-scale
data analytics and cloud transformation projects
across multiple industries.Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of
data transformation and analytics solutions
(includingcloud migration and modernization).
Engage with clients to identify needs, define opportunities, and deliver tailored transformation services. Lead consultative sales conversations and present value propositions to senior stakeholders (up to C-Suite). Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale data projects. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.#
Job Requirements
Proven track record in
sales of data analytics and transformation services
within IT services companies. Strong experience inlarge-scale cloud transformation projects
, including data migration andcloud platform implementations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Exposure toHR transformation and analytics initiatives
. Deep understanding ofdata lifecycle, data analytics, and cloud-based data platforms
. Demonstrated success inconsultative selling
andclosing large deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.#
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of
enterprise data management, data governance, and data quality
. Familiarity withmodern data architecture, AI/ML, IoT, and intelligent automation
. Experience withvisualization tools
