Main Responsibilities

• Provide sales support for key accounts.
• Develop and Manage key accounts
• Assist customers promptly and professionally via phone, chat, and email.
• Understand customers\' needs and make appropriate recommendations based on their application.
• Log and track customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Communicate customer requests and industry trends to other departments to help the company better serve the market.
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and off-site training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field with 2 years of working experience in a Technical Sales position
• Basic knowledge and technical aptitude in precision engineering, photonics, or a related field
• Basic customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Able to travel and visit customers.
• Ability to review, edit, and draft technical documents such as spec sheets, application notes, etc.
• Required to travel South East Asia country (about 20%)
