Key Responsibilities: Promote and company solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals. Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier.
