Their exceptional track record has solidified their status as the preferred choice for a wide array of businesses within the semiconductor industry, encompassing semiconductor wafer manufacturers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).The Job:

• Direct the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines, including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing.
• Monitor the development of business plans, assesses market penetration, and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and increase market share.
• Gather competitor\'s market share, activities and strategies and map out concrete strategies to penetrate, defend and recover market share.
• Establish pricing strategies and develops marketing tools for successful product introductions.
• Identify customer needs and communicates customer feedback to engineering, management and procuring team.
• Lead new product introduction and business plans with joint departments to keep up with the commercial needs of customers.
• Manage booking and sales forecast target accurately with close alignment to management.
• Establish good relationship with customer key stakeholders to achieve good customer satisfaction.
• Contain and manage escalation from customer key stakeholders.
• Take ownership to write clear and concise meeting keynotes and drive action plan with internal team to achieve goals within target dates.
• Manage AR and signoffs to ensure timely closure.

The Talent:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Relevant experience/knowledge in CMM (Coordinate-Measuring Machine)
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Preferably with some semiconductor background/experience.
• Strong team player.
• Possess good interpersonal skills.
