Achievement of sales targets set by the company. i.e. New and re-contract, Fibre and Digital TV through voice and digital support channels
Develop effective Sales pitches based on promotion, policies, and product updates.
Resolve escalated complaints from customers, customer service, the sales support team, and other sales streams.
Assist customer Sales queries through different platforms primarily on video chat, Chat, Outbound, and Inbound.
Require to meet Client on-site at times with Telco Partner for sale negotiation
Training will be Provided
At least 1 year or 6 months experience in sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Confidence in sales through traditional voice and digital sales support channels \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service-oriented, target driven, and challenge seeking \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs \xe2\x80\xa2 Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and listening skills and ability to build rapport and trust with customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
