Job Description

• To conduct market research and surveys to understand the industry trends and customer needs for smart solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest smart technologies, products, and market trends.
• To develop and implement sales plan to meet the sales target for smart products and solution
• To build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• To prepare, and deliver good and effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of smart products.
• Work with another department to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• To track and monitor customer feedback and satisfaction, addressing all issues as reported

Job Requirement

• Diploma in the Engineering or Electronic fields
• Knowledge in IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity protocols, data analytics
