You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and providing technical consultation to clients across
shipyards, vessel owners, ship management companies, and offshore operators

Key Responsibilities
Drive Sales Growth:
Promote and sell the full range of water treatment solutions, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Watermakers
Sewage Water Treatment (SWT) Systems
Ballast Water Treatment Systems (BWTS)
Potable Water Systems (UV, filtration, re-hardening)
Related spares, consumables, and services
Market Development:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with new clients across the marine and offshore industry (shipyards, EPCs, fleet operators, rig owners).
Account Management:
Maintain strong, long-term partnerships with existing customers; ensure high service standards and identify opportunities for system upgrades or replacements.
Technical Consultation:
Understand complex operational requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to propose optimal solutions.
Proposal & Tendering:
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and tender submissions with accuracy and professionalism.
Negotiation:
Lead discussions on contract terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to achieve win-win outcomes.
Market Intelligence:
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments (IMO, USCG, etc.) to stay competitive.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and regular activity reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Proven B2B sales background within the
marine and offshore
sector, ideally selling technical or engineered systems.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of water treatment technologies such as RO, SWT, and BWTS is highly preferred.
Network:
Established relationships within shipyards, shipowners, or offshore operators will be an advantage.
Education:
Diploma or Degree in
Marine, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
(or related technical field).
Skills:
Self-motivated and proactive with strong initiative
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Confident handling technical discussions and reading specifications/drawings
