Job Description
- Responsibilities and accountabilities (Principal duties and continuing responsibilities on sales).
- To take care of e-mails and telephone communications with customers.
- Provide quotation to existing and potential customers spare parts enquiries.
- Source for the spare parts internally or external by phone or email.
- Provides timely feedback to head of sales regarding performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Report to head of sales for Sales quotation and sales target fortnightly as well as the technical issue and service attendance.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedure and business ethics code and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Generating the sales quotation and sales order confirmation from ERP Navision System
- Minimum Diploma in Electronic & Communication Engineer.
- Minimum 2 years' sales experience in marine industry.
- Functional Competencies: Communication skill, business acumen, negotiation skill, presentation skill
- Product Knowledge on Marine Navigation Equipment and parts
- PC literate in Microsoft Office A
Arrangement
Work:Mon~Fri(Exc: Public holidays)
Time:8:30~5:30 (WFH after 3 months probation)
