RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with sales offices/distributors to explore business opportunities and new market; create sales plans and set goals/targets, and develop new accounts
• Support sales offices/distributors to plan and execute sales strategies
• Determine customers\' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain these market information
• Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines by appraising market situation and customers\' demands
• Assess market competition and competitor\'s products/offerings, and market data
• Network and establish good rapport with prospects and potential customers
• Manage good customer relationship with existing clients
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, sales results and analyses
• Analyze and report sales performance, project status and market progression monthly
• Assist sales offices/distributors to negotiate on pricing with customers
• Perform any other duties assigned by superior

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 3 years\' of sales/business development experience in HVAC industry
• Candidates with a keen interest to develop a career in air-con industry are welcomed to apply
