Basic Salary UP $5000 Location: Ubi Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)

Job scope:

Manage assigned customer accounts by building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Drive account growth and retention by promoting relevant products or services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and engaging in regular communication and follow-up. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business needs. Collect market intelligence on product performance, customer expectations, competitor activities, and broader industry trends.
