Responsibilities:
Responsible for market development across the entire range of power protection and power quality engineering solutions. This entails devising a comprehensive sales strategy, overseeing all stages of the sales process to ensure prompt and efficient customer service and response.
Strong commitment to enhancing sales and profitability. The role involves working independently with minimal supervision, drawing upon previous experience to exercise significant autonomy and discretion.
Developing sales lead generation and implementing a successful multi-level sales strategy.
Cultivating and expanding commercial relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-up discussions, and gaining insight into customers\' strategic plans to enhance the company\'s long-term business prospects and sales growth.
Delivering technical presentations and training sessions to target customers.
Monitoring the status of all sales leads and projects, and addressing customers\' feedback on quality and delivery issues.
To regularly communicate and update principals on sales pipelines and technical issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up by relevant parties.
Responsible for overseeing all sales activities related to the company\'s products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum in NITEC in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Possess direct technical sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the field, preferably within the Power Protection Systems or Power Distribution Industry.
Previous experience in engineering and sales is highly desirable.
Demonstrate a willingness to travel whenever necessary.
