Sales Engineer (Precision Robotics Solutions | Open to Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for executing sales & marketing initiatives, engaging new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts in order to bring in revenue.
- To achieve and/or exceed sales and profit margin targets in assigned growth location/segment/customers.
- Development of sales strategy and implementation of the tactical plan.
- Identification of key/target accounts/industry segments.
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, through prompt updating of opportunities management tracking and account development planning.
- Develop new customer accounts through sales and marketing activities.
- Expand sales portfolio to all existing and new potential customers.
- Supporting any marketing-related activities to improve the presence and customer knowledge of our Precision Robotic Products
- Providing customer feedback to the Research and Development team and Business Group management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of sales experience with Industrial clients (i.e. B2B)
- Prior experience in the automation or robotics industry is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or Equivalent
- Field sales experience is vital. Proven ability to interact directly with a sales organization, understand customer needs and influence them.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and maintain a high level of Sales Discipline
