Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals that align with client needs and technical requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Interpret customer specifications and project requirements, offering tailored technical solutions and services. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet all relevant standards and deadlines. Provide accurate quotations, participate in tender processes, and negotiate contract terms with customers. Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and new developments to inform sales strategy and customer engagement. Offer after-sales support Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and site visits as needed. Maintain detailed records of project proposals, communications, and contract documentation.

Key Requirements

Possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Material Sciences Engineering or any other relevant fields, preferably with at least 2 years of direct sales experience Prior work experience in building, construction or M&E consultancy industries is preferred Has passion and ability to manage a wide diversity of services Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise.
