Job Description

At Autofleet we support the world's largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.

We're looking for a Sales Engineer in Singapore to assist our sales team and partners to multiply our customer base in SEA & ANZ leveraging their technical and mobility knowledge.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and deliver onsite or remote web presentations, demonstrations, simulations and POCs showcasing Autofleet solutions highlighting features, benefits, competitive differentiation and fit versus customer pain points
  • Work closely with sales, partners, services, product management, operations, and engineering to ensure proposed deals include appropriate technical solutions
  • Respond to RFPs providing business, product, and technical information
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Train and enable other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the Autofleet's products and services
  • Identify and communicate areas for improvement in product; communicate market intelligence to Product Management and leadership team
  • Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios in customer environment and engineering or proposing changes in configuration, processes, or services
  • Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives
  • Contribute towards ascertaining pricing based on cost structure and pricing, factoring in the cost of customizations and integrations that should be attributed to the client
What You'll Need
  • Excellent written + oral communication, interpersonal, presentation, and project management skills
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, or work experience in related field
  • Prior experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales for Mobility SaaS solutions as a Sales Engineer is mandatory
  • The ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Communication skills in a regional language (Bahasa Indonesia or Thai) would be a bonus
  • Proficiency in Sales and business tools (CRM, LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, MS Office, etc)
  • Highly organized, structured and self-dependent
  • Willingness and ability to travel around the APJ region
  • Work authorization in Singapore
