Job description:

• Introduce and share information on the company\'s products and

services to new and existing customers. * Support on pre-sale and post-sale.

• Responsible for developing long term customer relationships and

maximizing customer retention. * Attend and follow-ups to customers and ensure service deliverystandards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction. * Able to meet customer to handle complaints for negotiation and followup purchase order etc. * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Able to work independent with minimal supervision.
• On-the-job training will be provided

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering or

related field. * Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to

handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Preferably with some years of experience in semiconductor industry,
