Looking for Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
7. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
8. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills:
1. Product Knowledge- understanding of the features, functionality, and technical details of the company's goods and services. Maintain a current understanding of market developments and rival product offers to properly position the company's products.
2. Sales Support and Customer, Relationship Management - ability to pinpoint prospects for business and lead creation. Highlight the benefits and features of the goods, take part in customer meetings, presentations, and product demos. Respond to technical questions, share knowledge, and present tailored solutions to satisfy clients.
3. Technical Consultation - competent in determining the needs of the client and offering professional advice on product setups, installations, and integrations. Perform comprehensive assessments of the products and proof-of-concept trials to show the viability and efficacy of the solutions.
4. Market Intelligence - keep up with changes in the market, client needs, and developing technology. Obtain market data and advise the product development team on areas for improvement, competitive advantages, and consumer wants. Participate in the creation of product roadmaps and sales strategies based on market research.
5. Sales Reporting and Forecasting - ability to use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in addition to keeping an eye on sales activity. Give sales management regular reports and updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and sales performance. Examine sales data to find patterns, chances, and areas that could use development.
Engineering background preferred
