Responsibilities

Overlooking a customer portfolio for various projects from design phase to installation phase. This includes being able to carry out service work in workshop and/or on-site, including electrical wiring installation, system programming, fault diagnosis followed by repair, service and any tests that may be required. Maintaining good general relationships with all required stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or technical support role. Strong understanding of technical products, systems, or industrial solutions. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Problem-solving mindset with hands-on troubleshooting capability. * Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites as needed.
