Job Description

Purpose:





To provide technical expertise, including both pre-sales and post-sales support, for i-PRO's professional range of security products, such as Video Management Systems, IP cameras, and NVRs solution across operations in APAC region.





Responsibilities:





Solution Design & Proposal



Develop tailored CCTV solutions, including camera selection, NVRs, storage, and network architecture, to meet the specific needs of various industries. Create detailed proposal with system architecture and Bills of Materials (BOM). Ensure all solutions align with industry standards and customer requirements.

Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)



Conduct live, face to face and online demonstrations showcasing key solution features such as AI analytics and third-party analytics integration. Deploy POC systems to validate product performance in real-world environments. Prepare case studies for global knowledge sharing, highlighting both successful implementations and lessons learned from failed cases.

Technical Consultation



Provide an in-depth diagnosis and troubleshooting of the CCTV system to ensure seamless system operation. Address integration inquiries by providing clear guidance on connecting i-PRO products with VMS, access control, and alarm systems. Perform competitive and market analysis to identify potential partners and support third-party integration. Support the development and deployment of Edge AI applications and partner solutions. Recommend best practices for cybersecurity, system scalability, and long-term sustainability.

Tender & Specification Support



Assist in the preparation of technical documentation for tenders and proposals. Collaborate with partners and specifiers to include i-PRO products in project specifications (spec-in activities).

Training & Enablement



Deliver presales training to partners, distributors, and internal teams to enhance product knowledge and solution selling. Develop a technical presentation tailored for the APAC region, ensuring relevance to local market needs and integration practices.

After-Sales Support



Deliver thorough troubleshooting of proposed CCTV solution to ensure reliable post-installation performance. Implement quality control measures to ensure systems remain efficient, stable, and operational. Forster strong partner relationships to ensure long-term business continuity.

Learning Platform



Work closely with the Global training team to launch, maintain, and enhance the Learning platform in APAC region. Develop onboarding and training materials, including instructional videos. Weekly update of Learning Platform dashboard.
Perform other duties as required by the manager to support operational needs.





Requirements:





Minimum a

Diploma

or

Degree

in

Computer Studies/Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronic Engineering

Relevant work experience in

India

and

S.E.A

operations. At least

3 years of relevant experience

in system engineer for security system Good Knowledge of Network Structure, Firewall, VLAN, etc Good Knowledge of security products such as

CCTV

IP camera

,

NVR

, monitoring software, Major VMS platforms Good Knowledge of MS Window Server Operating System, Active Directory, DNS, SAN & NAS Experience in web fundamentals skill HTML, Javascript, CSS Understanding of

database design
