Promote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants and contractors
Develop long term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention
Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
Work closely with other department to promote package solution and enhance the win rate
Ability to effectively writes and presents proposals.
Negotiates value, addresses resistance and closes the sale. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier.
Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
At least 1-3 years' experience in selling HVAC or building automation system
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Customer driven mindset
