Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and technically oriented Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in business development, client engagement, and technical sales support for pipeline rehabilitation projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong engineering knowledge and commercial acumen, who can bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water, wastewater, and industrial pipeline sectors. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients and consultants. Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for trenchless rehabilitation projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, consultants, contractors, and government agencies. Participate in tender preparation and submissions, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. Represent the company at industry trade shows, seminars, and client meetings. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies. Achieve assigned sales targets and growth objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or related field). 2-5 years' experience in technical sales, preferably in water/wastewater, construction, or trenchless technology. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and project support.
