Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development
Prospect and hunt for opportunities in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors
Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits
Engage with M&E contractors, consultants to promote standby generator solutions
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and site visits to showcase standby generator offerings
Sales Execution
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support
Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
Preferred to have 2 years of experience in standby generator sales
or related power solutions industry
Proven sales track record, preferably in standby generators, power solutions, or related industries
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and self-motivated approach to acquiring new customers
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Technical knowledge of standby generators or willingness to learn
* Class 3 driving license with the ability to travel for site visits and client meetings
