Expand and service the existing customer base within Singapore.
Continuously grow the company's business to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive follow-up on sales leads and tenders.
Sales Operations & Coordination
Gather costing information, prepare and issue quotations to customers in a timely manner.
Coordinate closely with the Service Department on parts availability and job status to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Performance & Quality Management
Ensure all productivity, efficiency, and quality targets are met.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties
Undertake any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Managing Director.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in [insert industry if applicable, e.g., industrial equipment / marine / engineering].
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
