Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Customer Management & Business Development


Expand and service the existing customer base within Singapore.


Continuously grow the company's business to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.


Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive follow-up on sales leads and tenders.

Sales Operations & Coordination


Gather costing information, prepare and issue quotations to customers in a timely manner.


Coordinate closely with the Service Department on parts availability and job status to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

Performance & Quality Management


Ensure all productivity, efficiency, and quality targets are met.


Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

Administrative & Ad-hoc Duties


Undertake any other tasks or duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Managing Director.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related fields (preferred). Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in [insert industry if applicable, e.g., industrial equipment / marine / engineering]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
