Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and service customers in Singapore and other SEA countries. Follow-up on leads and generate sales quotations. Ensure smooth operations from quotation to order fulfilment. Track sales targets, forecast revenues. Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Collaborate with customers to identify business opportunities, provide technical support, and address concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base. Prepare internal and external reports.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in engineering or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working in the semiconductor industry will be advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors. * Customer-centric approach to identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
