Develop sales strategies to achieve set sales targets according to OFAS guidelines.
Develop and qualify leads across assigned territories. Conduct on-site discovery meetings to understand process challenges, technical requirements and ROI targets
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation, make quotations and determine price schedules that align with customer's budgets and timelines. Drive contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and risk parameters.
Collaborate with internal engineering, project management and aftersales teams to design turnkey automation systems with good records keeping/documentation.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts and customer feedback in the ERP system
Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. Keep up to date with OFAS products and competitors' information.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer workshops and industry events to showcase solutions and expand networks. Be involved with marketing, if assigned to.
Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
B2B sales experience in industrial automation, material handling solutions, robotics is a good plus point.
Proficiency with MS Office suite and ERP tools (e.g: Business Central 365)
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and work independently. Have initiative and enthusiasm
