Manage existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
Understand customers' business needs and identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
Provide pre-sales technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.
Prepare solution proposals, quotations, and related documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and vendors.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical sales support.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, proactive, persistent, and a good team player.
* Knowledge of AV, IT, LED, or control solutions will be an added advantage.
