1. Main contact point for customers and ensure customers’ requirements and information are clearly and quickly communicated.
2. Follow through all job orders and ensure that quality products and delivery as per schedule.
3. Take charge of all sales related inquires (e.g. request for quotation, etc.) to ensure pricing is accurate, lead-time, term & conditions, order processing and planning in accordance to customers’ forecasts.
4. Develop and maintain a strategic relationship with key customers through regular meetings and reviews.
5. Attend to customers’ complaint, coordinate internally on counter measures to resolve complaint and prevent recurrence.
6. Support Manager to work out marketing and sales plan.
7. Any other jobs as assigned by the superior.
