l Provide technical assistance to the sales force during sales calls
l Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling, leading discussions with customers on a “Managed Service Model” or SaaS approaches
l Provide pre-sales technical support (“Hands on capabilities”- a must), managing customer demo’s and POC’s.
l Provide technical consulting & support during first time installation of new products together with AudioCodes partners and End Users
l Pre-sales technical interface to the channel/partner while nurturing and managing of technicalknowledge transfer to the partners.
l Analyze the technical fit of SIP solution against the prospects’ and customers’ requirements
l Deliver customer presentations and hands-on product demonstrations, hence deep product knowledge, and product setup knowledge is a requirement.
l Provide solutions & product training to customers, prospects, and Sales during the pre-sales phase.
l Lead RFP’s/RFI technical responses
l Provide technical assistance to marketing for regional events (e.g. seminars, road shows etc.)
l Supervise and manage interoperability tests for systems being the interface between the customer /carrier and PM + BL
l Leading Proof of Concept activities in the region
