Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle internal sales operations, including preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, and following up with customers on inquiries. Provide technical and commercial support to customers on valve products and solutions. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain pricing, delivery schedules, and technical information. Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery. Support external sales engineers with documentation, tender preparation, and customer proposals. Maintain and update customer records, quotations, and order status in the company's CRM system. Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Internal sales experience in valves or valve-related products.

Prior experience in

oil & gas, marine, or offshore industries

is

mandatory

. Strong understanding of valve types, applications, and industry standards. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
