Job Responsibilities



Monitor sales performance, track targets, and prepare revenue forecasts. Prepare and issue sales quotations. Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support, and address issues effectively. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and potential risks. Provide recommendations to optimize sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors. Prepare and present internal and external sales reports.

Job Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development. Prior experience in the semiconductor industry will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external customers. Proven ability to develop sales plans and implement effective strategies. Track record of building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships. * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
