Prepare and manage sales-related documents including quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentation materials.
Organize and maintain proper filing of sales documents in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, including attending meetings, monitoring project progress, and addressing follow-up matters.
Coordinate with internal teams such as project coordinators and site personnel to support the execution of confirmed projects.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and department heads as required.
Identify and highlight potential project risks or issues in a timely manner to facilitate proactive resolution and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirement:
Relevant experience as Sales engineer will have added advantage
Minimum Diploma in Automotive/ Engineering or any relevant study will have added advantage
