Sales Engineer (Port Equipment Spare Parts)





Job Responsibilities:



Responsible for the sales of spare parts for port equipment, achieving the company's sales targets.


Develop and execute sales plans, analyze and provide feedback on customer information.


Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure sales goals are met.


Provide quotations, negotiate and confirm sales contracts, maintain customer relationships, and ensure timely payment collection for sold equipment.


Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.





Job Requirements:



Degree preferred or prior experience, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.


Familiarity with port equipment spare parts (e.g., QC/ARMG/RTG) and strong technical communication skills with various clients during pre-sales.


Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.


Capable of understanding quotation/tender specifications, terms, and conditions.


Ability to read mechanical drawings and knowledge of manufacturing processes (e.g., forging, hardening); familiarity with logistics (import/export procedures).


Passionate about sales, with professional ethics, able to handle pressure and challenges, and willing to travel as needed.


Proficient in Microsoft Office and languages.


Occasional business travel required.
