About the RoleAre you passionate about concerts and performances? We\'re seeking someone energetic & motivated to present our talented musicians to clients and coordinating their performances at events.Join us at Vocalise, a boutique artiste management company specializing in curating unforgettable musical experiences. With over 16 years of expertise, Vocalise prides ourselves to work with exceptional and talented musicians from diverse music genres like Pop, Rock, and Jazz, as well as dynamic DJ collectives.We are seeking a Sales & Entertainment Trainee to drive our growth by crafting persuasive business proposals, generating new leads, and nurturing client relationships. Additionally, you\'ll have the chance to be part of live events, providing on-site support and contributing to their success!Duration requiredTraineeship will last for 4 months with the opportunity to convert to full time after if candidate is suitable for the job.What You\'ll Be Doing

• Assist Director in sales & follow up with clients
• Manage relationships with new and existing partners and clients
• Create compelling proposals for potential clients
• Provide on-site event support as required
• Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks

What You\'ll Need

• A passion or interest in classical music and music in general is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Adaptability and a quick learning mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Determination to see tasks through to completion
• Background in Marketing, Business Development, Events Management, Arts Management, Communications, or related fields preferred
• Fresh graduates with a diploma/degree are encouraged to apply
• Singaporean/PR only
