Job Description

  • Sales activities
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas from Business to Business Sales.
  • Business to Business Sales includes Agent sales, Hospital/Doctor sales, Governmental Sales such as, but not limited.
  • Agent Sales
  • Development of new Agents
  • Contracting with new Agents
  • Provide information including products to Agents, visit them regularly, hold a workshop and maintain good relationship with them
  • Handling of referred customers
  • Making good relationships with our stakeholders.
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Answering client questions/inquiries/concerns about products, credit terms, prices and availability.
  • Post-sale follow-up
  • Relation & follow-up job with patients in the Processing list and the Waiting list
  • Maintaining client/customer records.
  • Reporting
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports to the management.
  • Attending and cooperating to weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Other assigned tasks in connection to Sales by the manager/employer
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of 4-year course - Bachelor's degree related in Sales/Marketing (Business Administration)
  • At Least 3 years of Sales Experience
  • Experience selling medicines and medical devices to doctors is highly evaluated, especially Pharmaceutical company
  • most recent sales experience is 18 months
  • Handling short-term business trips nationwide
  • Good English communication skills both in speaking and writing
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong verbal and written communicator
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php20,000.00 - Php33,000.00 per monthBenefits:
