Sales Executive
. You'll help homeowners create stylish, functional spaces with our premium fittings, lighting, ceiling fans, and other lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
Advise customers on product features, finishes, compatibility, and installation
Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers (ID), and contractors
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, close sales, and coordinate deliveries
Maintain an inviting, well-presented showroom that highlights our curated range
Stay updated on trends, new product launches, and customer preferences
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to deliver a seamless customer journey
Track leads, update CRM records, and prepare sales performance reports
Requirements
Proven sales experience (interior, lighting, kitchen, or sanitaryware industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for home improvement and strong product knowledge
Independent, team-oriented, and results-driven
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in English; additional local languages a plus
Able to work weekends and public holidays (with weekdays off)
