• GCE \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d level, diploma in business, sales & marketing or related professional qualifications
• 2-3 years proven track record working experience in Sales dealing with building materials or its related products.
• Experience in the building industry an advantage
• Must able to handle both English and Chinese written documents.
• Attention to details, strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Command good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with people
• Allowance will be provided if has own transport , if otherwise not necessary to have own car.

Responsibilities:

• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Providing quality technical consultative service and generating specification document to Architects, Fa\xc3\xa7ade Consultants and Contractors
• Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams to develop better sales strategies
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
