Job Description

Location : WestSalary: $5,000 - $6,500 + Commission + AWS + Transport reimbursementJob Responsibility

• Expand business and carve out a reputation for the company to be the leading provider of a comprehensive range of structural building materials to local businesses.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and industry trends for sales pipeline.
• Develop accurate projects tracking and sales forecast reports.
• Able to conduct Product Presentations to customers.
• Provide technical service support to customers.
• Work closely with various departments for timely delivery.

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree in Building, Architecture, Sales & Marketing or Engineering preferred.
• Preferably with a minimum of 5 years\' work experience in dry mix/structural building materials/building construction industry.
• Pro-active and ability to work independently.
• Excellent in negotiation skills.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated and results-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure.
