The Sales Executive is accountable for achieving leasing revenue growth through new business acquisition and effective relationship management of existing customers. The role requires a structured, target-driven approach to sales, with an emphasis on long-term contract development, customer retention, and the delivery of high service standards in alignment with company objectives

What you'll do
Achieve agreed leasing revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Identify and secure new corporate and individual leasing opportunities.
Develop proposals, negotiate, and close leasing agreements in accordance with company policies.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to secure renewals, upsell solutions, and enhance customer retention.
Conduct regular account reviews and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to inform sales strategy.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide timely forecasts and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience, ideally in car leasing
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent relationship-building and account management skills.
Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a competitive market.
Knowledge of the Singapore automotive and leasing market is an advantage.
