Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Engagement
Greet and assist walk-in customers, offering a warm and professional experience.
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits.
2) Sales Process
Manage the end-to-end sales process, including financing options and documentation.
Negotiate effectively to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain an updated knowledge of vehicle inventory and pricing.
3) Lead Management
Follow up on sales inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
4) Customer Relationship Management
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Deliver excellent post-sale service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least 'O' Level or equivalent or higher
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
Team player with positive mindset and integrity
Prior sales experience is an advantage but not required--training will be provided.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays, with a flexible schedule.
Valid Class 3/3A driving licence
Passion for cars and the automotive industry is a plus."
