Welcome customers and assist with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Explain a full range of treatments clearly, including orthodontics, endodontics, Invisalign, whitening and dental alignments etc.
Guide patients through treatment plans and consent forms with confidence.
Provide professional consultation, recommend suitable treatments, and effectively close sales to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
Support patients throughout their journey, from initial enquiry to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Collaborate closely with the clinical and operations team to coordinate appointments and treatments efficiently.
Assist and provide coverage at other clinical locations as needed.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service mindset with the ability to close deals.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000 + Commission
Working days & hours: 5.5days/week, 9am - 6pm (including weekends)
10 days annual leave + 1 day birthday leave
