CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is an innovative start-up specializing in ESG data collection & reporting. They offer a modular & customizable ESG Platform for the Financial Sector, Supply Chains, Corporate Sustainability and Investment Funds.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Full ownership and responsibility for managing sales activities, ensuring the achievement of significant new revenue growth targets.
  • Responsible for driving direct sales in Singapore and Malaysia, including market penetration, prospect qualification, sales process planning and closing sales opportunities.
  • Proactively building rapport and relationships with C-level stakeholders and key decision makers in your territory, you will be an advocate on ESG subject matters and enlighten them on the effectiveness of our ESG data management platform.
  • Play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our ESG solution.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry. An additional year of sales experience in Sustainability related fields would be valued.
  • Good understanding of ESG principles and their importance in corporate sustainability strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
GOOD TO HAVE
  • 2-4 years of proven experience selling B2B, SaaS/ Subscription, Software Solutions, enterprise sales.
  • ESG experience is ideal but not essential.
