To oversee all in-store sales activities. This involves ensuring to delivery of quality service, understanding customer needs, cultivating client relationships, making sales, and providing post-sale assistance.

Adecco is partnering with a Global luxury retail company who are a prominent player in the industry, specializing in fashion, leather goods & sports.

The Job:

• Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
• Assessing customers\' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
• Working with cash registers and processing payments
• Setting and attaining sales goals
• Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
• Using upselling techniques to increase store sales
• Recommending the best products to customers
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

The Talent:

• With at least 1 year of relevant retail experience in a retail, customer-facing, customer service, fashion, jewelry, beauty, and sports retailing industry or a similar capacity
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
