Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our distribution of fresh vegetables into FMCG retail and food channels. You will:


Develop and manage sales pipelines with major supermarket chains, distributors, and foodservice partners. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat sales and long-term partnerships. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth of our FMCG channel. Represent the brand professionally at trade fairs, in-store promotions, and customer meetings.
Job Specifications


Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. At least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, fresh produce, or food-related industries. Proven track record in account management and business development. Strong network with supermarkets, distributors, or foodservice operators is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Passionate about food, agriculture, and sustainability. * Must possess a valid driving license (advantage for client visits and store checks).
