Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Building good rapport with both existing and potential customers
• Working closely with R&D team on customers\' new projects on products/solution
• Participate in the commercial contract negotiation
• Participate and involve in the marketing activities, eg: exhibition, products branding, etc
• Main point of contact to key customers related to the commercial discussion, shipping, payment, etc
• Coordinate closely within internal departments and inter-companies to ensure shipment, productions, R&D work are in order to meet company objectives and customer satisfaction
• Involve in the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance review
• Manage and lead the local distributors, sales agents, and other sales channel network to ensure align with company\'s business growth and objectives
• Ad hoc assignment assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, Food Technology and equivalent
• Enjoy people network and sales driven
• Fresh graduate passionate in doing sales are welcome to apply
• An added advantage - with business experience working in food related industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer management and problem-solving skills
• Good to travel for business purposes
