to be based in our showroom. This role focuses on guiding walk-in customers through our range of sofas, dining sets, beds, and more. Helping them find the perfect fit for their homes while providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.
Understand customer needs in terms of style, sizing, materials, and functionality.
Explain product features, fabric options, and warranty details.
Process sales transactions and prepare invoices/receipts.
Follow up with customers post-purchase for delivery and service queries.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure displays are always well-presented.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or furniture sales is preferred.
Friendly, patient, and confident in dealing with customers from all backgrounds.
Able to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.
Sales-driven and able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Strong communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
