They are currently looking Job Function Shipment/Import & Export, Logistic Coordinator Industry Trading Firm Our client is a Japanese trading and distribution company that specializes in the food industry. They are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join their organization. The main clint will be Japanese restaurant. What you will be working on - Achieve the short and long range sales objectives, according to the Company's marketing strategy. - Coordinate sales activities and promotions with other employees of the Company as well as the customers with respect to their needs, concerns and schedules. - Visit customers and potential customers' facilities, providing them with information and support as required to secure and maintain business. - Establish, maintain, and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers in the assigned territory to the objectives of maximum profitability. - Collect payments from assigned customers. - Collect market information such as new products, trades and business trends. - Provide and/or support to provide periodic reports which includes but not limited to, customer visit log, sales forecast, and market information. - Set up and maintain sales strategy. - Undertake any other duties as requested by the Company. Requirement What they are looking for - Minimum Diploma in any field - Minimum 2-3 years experience in sales / Business Development - Must possess driver's license and own car - Fluent in English and Japanese language (JLPT 1 or 2) to liaise with Japanese counterparts as well as Japanese clients - Good communication skills and a team player Working Hour 8:00 17:00 Benefit What they are offering - Variable Bonus (Depending on Individual & Company Performance) - Monthly commission - $300 to $1000 per month.(Depending on the achievement of the commission) - Transport Allowance - $800 - Mileage, parking, and ERP are on a reimbursement basis. - Annual Leave 14 Days (Incremental of 1 day for each completed year up to a maximum of 21 days) - Medical Leave - Medical benefit - $500 per annum
