Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients in the maritime industry
  • Identify client requirements and recommend customized FFE and LSA service solutions
  • Oversee the full sales cycle-from preparing quotes and negotiating terms to closing deals
  • Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely, compliant onboard service delivery
  • Track account performance, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term agreements
  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with SOLAS, IMO, and Flag State regulations
  • Conduct regular client visits, participate in industry events, and offer post-sales support
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder in maritime studies would be advantageous
  • A good team player with ability to multi task
  • Good analytical skills, meticulous and organized
  • Possess positive work attitude, good interpersonal and communication skill
