Responsibilities:

Enhance and cultivate existing and new accounts to boost sales.
Manage new leads and foster relationships with current clients.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure efficient sales and product delivery.

Requirements:

Preferably have B2B sales experience in the Marine, Offshore, or Oil and Gas industries.
Mechanical and hydraulic background is advantageous.
Proficient in English communication.
Preferably have connections with shipowners, ship managers, or contacts in the Oil & Gas/Offshore sectors.
Strong interpersonal skills with clients.
Results-driven.
Highly motivated with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work effectively in a team, energetic, strong negotiation skills, and presentable.
Preferably own a vehicle with a transport allowance.
