Following up with prospective and existing clients. Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers\' personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Requirements
Nitec or diploma in engineering field or "O" Level certification with engineering sales support experience
Candidate without prior experience may apply
Comfortable with engaging with potential / clients
Open to visit customers in overseas every 3-6 months if required
